Skilled Cosmetic Gynecologist and Cosmetic Gynecology Researcher

Dr. Troy Robbin Hailparn graduated from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York. She is Board-Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology by the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) and has been in practice since 1994.

Dr. Hailparn was one of the first female Board-Certified OB-GYNs in the U.S. trained by the Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation Institute. She is certified by LVRI in Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation - LVR™ (vaginal rejuvenation aka vaginoplasty). She has also received specialized training in Vaginal Rugae Rejuvenation from cosmetic gynecology physician, Dr. Adam Ostrzenski. Since 2003, she has performed over 2,000 Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation™, vaginal rejuvenation and labiaplasty procedures.

In 2011, as a leading cosmetic gynecologist in the U.S., Dr. Hailparn was an invited speaker at the First International Cosmetology and Cosmetic Gynecology Congress in Istanbul, Turkey, where she presented new cosmetic gyn surgical techniques and discussed the progress of cosmetic gynecology. In December of that same year, Dr. Hailparn was an invited speaker at the first ever scientific session in cosmetic gynecology at a major international meeting in China (The 15th World Congress on Controversies in Obstetrics, Gynecology and Infertility or COGI).

Dr. Hailparn is also doing research in collaboration with the Center for Sexual Health Promotion at Indiana University to determine the efficacy of vaginal rejuvenation.

Experienced Labiaplasty Surgeon

Dr. Hailparn is also a trained labiaplasty surgeon. In 2009, she was selected by ACOG to present a paper on the effectiveness of Laser Reduction Labiaplasty™ at the group's annual meeting. She has also published articles on cosmetic gynecology in medical journals as well as specialty health publications.

Dr. Hailparn has appeared on major television programs on CNN, Discovery Health and Univision. She has been interviewed by the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, "D" Magazine (Dallas), The Times of London, Agencee France Presse and other major publications.
