Dr. Troy Robbin Hailparn is a Board-Certified OB-GYN with 18 years of vaginal surgery experience. She is internationally renowned in the field of cosmetic gynecology.

Dr. Hailparn is owner and Medical Director of the Cosmetic Gynecology Center of San Antonio, Texas (formally the Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation Institute of San Antonio, Texas.) Since 2003, she has specialized in cosmetic gynecology and is certified by the Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation Institute in Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation™, Laser Reduction Labioplasty™, Hymenoplasty and several gynecologic liposculpturing procedures. Dr. Hailparn also has training and expertise in labia majora reduction and clitoral hood reduction. She has performed over 2000 of these procedures.
